We handle the design, and our trusted local partners bring it to life through skilled, handcrafted production. Manufacturing takes place in selected workshops, including our network in İzmir, Turkey. We also offer custom-made furniture tailored to your specific design needs.

2. Are all products handmade?

Yes, all our products are carefully handcrafted by experienced artisans.

3. To which countries do you ship?

We offer worldwide shipping but free shipping within Europe. Delivery times vary depending on the location but typically range between 3 and 5 days.

4. What payment methods are accepted?

  • Credit Card: All major credit cards, including VISA and Mastercard.

  • Bank Transfer: Upon request, payment can also be made via bank transfer. Please contact us in advance via email.

5. Are shipping costs and customs duties included in the purchase price?

We cover shipping costs and the associated customs formalities to ensure a smooth delivery.

6. How long is the shipping time?

Once you have placed your order, we process it immediately and ship it. You can expect delivery within 3-5 business days.

7. How can the shipment be tracked?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. With this number, you can track your delivery online under "My Orders."

9. Can changes be made to the order after it has been placed?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Assembly videos are available on the product page to assist you with assembling your furniture.

11. What is your return policy?

  • Deadline: You can return products within 14 days.

  • Registering the Return: To register a return in a timely manner, either click on "My Order" in the menu and enter your email address and order number or log in with your account.

  • Condition of Goods: The goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition; otherwise, the purchase price cannot be refunded. This also applies to damages resulting from improper packaging during the return shipment. Therefore, when unpacking the goods, be careful not to damage the packaging material so that it can be properly reused for the return shipment.

  • Return Shipping: After registering your return, we inform DHL about the planned return shipment. DHL will then contact you to arrange a pickup date for the packaged goods.

  • Costs: There are no costs for the return shipment.

  • Custom-Made Goods: Please understand that returns are excluded for custom-made goods.

  • Refund of Purchase Price: The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the purchase or, upon request, as a voucher for future purchases.

12. What should I do if I receive damaged goods?

Please report the issue via email within 24 hours of delivery. Attach photos of the damages to the email.

Keep the original packaging for a possible return shipment.

13. Are there discounts for concepts (furniture sets) and bulk orders?

Yes, when purchasing a concept, a discount is automatically applied.
