Shipping

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following conditions apply to every purchase:

Processing Time Before Shipping
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. During peak periods, sales campaigns, or depending on stock availability, processing time may be slightly longer.

For custom-made and personalized orders, additional processing time is required. This will be communicated in advance in a personalized offer specifically created for the respective order.

Shipping
All products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Izmir (Turkey) to the delivery address provided by the customer. Vollwert Concept uses the shipping service provider DHL.

Shipping Options
Standard Shipping:
Delivery time is usually between 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.

Express Shipping:
Express shipping is available upon request and at an additional cost. Delivery time is usually between 1–3 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping within Europe. Outside Europe, extra costs and customs fees may apply, to be covered by the customer.

All customs duties, taxes, and fees are included in the shipping costs and paid by DHL. However, if additional costs arise during customs clearance due to circumstances attributable to the customer, these costs will be charged to the customer.

Order Tracking
As soon as the order is shipped, a confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided by the customer. The shipping status can be tracked using this tracking number.

Shipping Address
Customers must ensure that the provided delivery address is complete and accurate. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for resending the order.

Delivery Issues
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If packages are lost or arrive damaged, the issue must be reported directly to DHL and also communicated via email to [email protected], including the order number. In the case of damage, photos of the damage must be attached, and the original packaging should be kept for a potential return shipment.

Delayed Deliveries:
In the case of shipping delays, DHL should be contacted directly. If you contact Vollwert Concept, we will also get in touch with the shipping provider to find a prompt solution to the problem.
