Return & Refund

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following conditions apply to every order:

If customers are not satisfied with their order, Vollwert Concept offers a simple return process within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Return Process for Customers Without an Account:

Go to the menu and click on "My Orders".

Enter your order number and email address.

Click on "Details" next to the order you wish to return.

Start the return process by following the instructions.

Pack the items securely in their original packaging.

Make sure the return is initiated within 14 days of receiving the order. Returns after 14 days will not be accepted.

DHL will collect the return directly from your address, so you don't have to worry about shipping or return costs.

Return Process for Customers With an Account:
Log into your account and go to your order history.

Click on the details of the order you wish to return.

Start the return process by following the instructions.

Pack the items securely in their original packaging.

Make sure the return is initiated within 14 days of receiving the order. Returns after 14 days will not be accepted.

DHL will collect the return directly from your address, so you don't have to worry about shipping or return costs.

Return Conditions:
Deadline:
Products can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. In order to meet the deadline, the return must be initiated via the Vollwert Concept website (see instructions above) within the 14-day period. Returns after 14 days will not be accepted, regardless of the reason.

Initiating the Return via the Website:
To initiate a return on time, you must either use the "My Orders" section and enter your email address and order number, or log in with your account. (See instructions above.)

Condition of Goods:
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition. Otherwise, the purchase price cannot be refunded. The price will be retained, and the faulty product will be reshipped at the customer’s expense. Reshipment will only occur after the shipping cost has been received by Vollwert Concept.

This also applies to damage caused by improper packaging during return shipment. Therefore, please take care not to damage the original packaging when unpacking the goods, so it can be reused properly for the return.

Return Shipment:
Once your return is registered, Vollwert Concept will inform DHL of the planned return. DHL will then contact you to arrange a pickup time for the packaged item.

Costs:
There are no costs for the return shipment.

Custom-Made Products:
Please understand that returns are excluded for custom-made products.

Refund of the Purchase Price:
The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase, or upon request, as a voucher for future purchases.
