Furthermore, customers must provide all data necessary for contract processing. This information must be truthful, accurate, and complete in regard to the customer’s identity.

8. ShippingProcessing Time Before Shipping:Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During peak periods, promotional events, or depending on stock availability, processing times may be longer.
Custom-made or personalized orders require additional processing time, which will be communicated in advance in a custom quote prepared for that specific order.
Delivery:All products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Izmir (Turkey) to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of order. Vollwert Concept uses the shipping service provider DHL.
Customers must ensure that the provided shipping address is complete and accurate. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for resending the order.
Once the order has been shipped, a confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to the customer’s provided email address. The status of the shipment can be tracked using this number.
The order is considered delivered once the shipping provider delivers the package and the customer signs the delivery slip.
?? IMPORTANT: Once customers take possession of the product, the risk of loss or damage transfers to them. Therefore, it is important to sign the delivery slip only after checking the condition of the package and, if possible, the condition of the contents. Take your time to inspect the goods and do not let the courier pressure you. If the goods are found to be damaged during transport, you may refuse the package by explicitly noting your objections on the delivery slip.
Shipping Options:Standard Shipping:Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.
Express Shipping:Available upon request and for an additional charge. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on the destination.
Shipping Costs:Vollwert Concept covers the cost of standard shipping for every order, regardless of destination. Shipping is free worldwide.
All customs duties, taxes, and fees are included in the shipping cost and paid by DHL. However, if additional costs arise during customs clearance due to circumstances within the customer’s responsibility, those costs will be charged to the customer.
Delivery Issues:Lost or Damaged Packages:
If a package is lost or arrives damaged, the issue must be reported directly to DHL and to info@vollwertconcept.at, including the order number. For damaged goods, photos of the damage must also be provided, and the original packaging should be retained for a possible return.
Delayed Deliveries:In case of delivery delays, DHL should be contacted directly. If you contact Vollwert Concept, we will also follow up with the shipping provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
9. Right of WithdrawalConsumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
Exceptions apply to custom-made orders or those tailored to the personal needs of the customer.
Customers who are not consumers are not entitled to a right of withdrawal.
Return Process for Guests:
Go to the menu and click on “My Orders.”
Enter your order number and email address.
Click on “Details” next to the order you wish to return.
Start the return by following the instructions.
Pack the items securely in their original packaging.
Ensure the return is initiated within 14 days of receipt. Returns after 14 days will not be accepted.
DHL will collect the return directly from your address, so you do not need to worry about shipping or return costs.
Return Process for Customers with an Account:
Log into your account and go to your order history.
Click on the details of the order you wish to return.
Start the return by following the instructions.
Pack the items securely in their original packaging.
Ensure the return is initiated within 14 days of receipt. Returns after 14 days will not be accepted.
DHL will collect the return directly from your address, so you do not need to worry about shipping or return costs.
Return Conditions:Deadline:Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. To meet the deadline, the return must be registered on the Vollwert Concept website within the 14-day period. Returns after 14 days will not be accepted, regardless of the reason.
Registering the Return via the Vollwert Concept Website:Register your return via “My Orders” by entering your email address and order number, or by logging into your account. See detailed instructions above.
Condition of Goods:Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition. Otherwise, a refund cannot be issued. The purchase price will be retained, and the defective item will be reshipped at the buyer’s expense. The reshipment will only take place after the shipping fee has been received by Vollwert Concept.
This also applies to damages caused by improper packaging during return shipping. Be careful not to damage the packaging when unboxing, so it can be reused for the return.
Return Shipping:After your return is registered, Vollwert Concept will inform DHL, who will then contact you to schedule a pickup.
Costs:No return shipping fees apply.
Custom-Made Products:We kindly ask for your understanding that returns are excluded for custom-made products.
Refund of Purchase Price:Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase or, upon request, as a voucher for future purchases.
